This morning,I saw with horror on TV,a man eating a "Corgy dog" wich had been cooked,to protest against fox hunting in England!

The Corgys are the Royal familys  pets

I'm certain the Queen will understand the message, hoping that the meat was'nt really what the journalist said it was!

For starters, the dog had died of natural causes some time previously, so it's not as shocking as it sounds. Also, if it makes you feel any better, the 'artist' said that it tasted terrible.

And remember that the Chinese, among other peoples, have been eating Dog for centuries. 

I'm not saying that I agree with it, but given that there was no cruelty to an animal, and given that it seems to have been a wildly successful way of bringing an actual animal abuse issue to the media, I can't say that I oppose it too vocally either.

Dogs are pets because we decided that they could be our pets. We could have choosen chickens to stay in our gardens their all life long.. but we (europeans) have prefered dogs and cats.

Maybe Indian people (from India, not from the USA) made them indignant when they see us eating cows..
