Please could you tell me if folllowing sentences have the same meaning:

He lived with his parents until he graduated from school. = He lived with his parents before he graduated from school.

Not entirely.

Until means up to the point that.
Before just means at an earlier time.

He lived with his parents until he graduated from school = he was living with his parents when he graduated.
He lived with his parents before he graduated from school = he may have ceased living with them before graduation.
