[Article] Thai citizens have been unable to access YouTube since Wednesday last week. The Thai government decided to block access to Goggles' video sharing portal after an ‘offensive’ slideshow mocking Thailand’s monarch was uploaded by a user calling himself ‘Paddidda’.
